Preferences shall normally be granted to products which are subject to anti-dumping or anti-subsidy measures under Council Regulations (EC) No 384/96 (6) and (EC) No 3284/94 (7) unless it can be shown that those measures were based on the injury caused and on prices which did not reflect the preferential tariff arrangements granted to the country concerned.
