Classification is determined by the provisions of general rule 1 and the text of CN code 7208. The dimensions of the product do not result from simple rough rolling and the product is therefore regarded as a flat rolled product (plate) of CN code 7208 rather than as a semifinished product (slab) of CN code 7207.
