Juhtimisõigust tõendavateks dokumentideks on kehtiv esmane juhiluba, juhiluba, ajutine juhiluba, käesoleva seaduse §-s 95 nimetatud piiratud juhtimisõigusega juhiluba, välisriigi pädeva asutuse väljastatud rahvusvaheline juhiluba koos siseriikliku juhiloaga või seadusega ettenähtud juhtudel juhiluba asendav dokument.
