Keeleseaduse muutmine. Keeleseaduses tehakse järgmised muudatused: 1) paragrahvi 12 lõike 2 esimeses lauses asendatakse sõnad „tõlke notariaalset kinnitamist” sõnadega „vandetõlgi tehtud või notari kinnitatud tõlget”; 2) paragrahvi 12 lõikest 2 jäetakse välja sõnad „või notari kinnitatud”.
