Kõige laialdasemalt kasutatav maitseaine. Must, roheline ja valge pipar on kõik sama taime erineval valmimisastmel korjatud marjad. Terava maitsega põhimaitseaine.
Green Pepper Piper nigrum. (dehydrated seeds) Origin: India. Used the same as most aromatic black pepper, a little less strong with a light taste of cloves. The taste does not last as long as black pepper. Very good. Flavours vinager, grills, sauces. Réhydrates very well in about two hours. Goes particularly well with fish sauces and cr?me fraiche...
