In the case of the EIB and the other existing financial instruments, each observing its own specific rules, financial assistance shall be provided, in particular, in one of the following forms: - individual loans, global loans and framework loans or other forms of part-financing given investment projects or programmes, - part-financing of technical assistance or of studies in preparation for operations, - guarantees.
