The parties to proceedings before the Boards of Appeal may not be in a position or may not be willing to bring questions of general relevance to a pending case to the attention of the Boards of Appeal.
The report shall contain details of the progress of the proceedings (e.g. case pending, under appeal, under investigation, etc.), a specific description of fines or penalties (i.e. the amount of fines, the value of forfeited fish and/or gear, written warnings, etc.) and include an explanation if no action has been taken.
