Subsequent processing of the antigen should be carried out in a non-contaminated environment (FMD virus free). Polyethyleneglycol (PEG) precipitation, polyethyleneoxide (PEO) precipitation, ultrafiltration or a combination of these are permitted methods for the concentration of inactivated antigen.
