The intervention agency which organises a tendering procedure or which concludes a direct contract shall forward without delay to the Commission the list of firms whose tenders were considered in accordance with Article 9, shall communicate in respect of each of them the tenders submitted, shall indicate the name and the business name of the successful tenderer or the direct contractor and shall forward in the last case a copy of the contract.
