Kui pakkumise kutse dokumentides pole väljendatud teisiti, toimub hankija valik hinnakriteeriumi alusel. Soodsaim pakkumine tähendab sel juhul riigihanke madalaimat pakkumishinda. Tellijal on õigus pakkumine hinnakriteeriumi alusel tagasi lükata, kui pakkumishind on võrreldes taotluseelarvejärgsete ehituskuludega nii palju väiksem, et hange ei ole selle hinnaga ilmselt võimalik. Tagasilükkamine peab põhinema sõltumatu eksperdi hinnangul.
1. Where free quotations on the world market are not a factor determining the offer price and where that price is less than world market prices, a special cif price calculated on the basis of the offer price and applicable solely to the
imports in question shall be substituted for the cif price.
2. A term is now associated with UNIT TRUSTS. Units are quoted at two price: the bid price, which is the sum that the management company will pay for units held by third parties; and the OFFER PRICE, which is the figure at which they will
sell. The offer price is higher than the bid price so that when people buy units they must, if they are not to lose on the investment, retain them until trusts are seen as a long-term rather than a short-term investment.
