The evidence of a growing revenue that is generated from these investments (installation fees, monthly fees, incoming calls, inherent promotion of Portugal Telecom's services) was absent, as was the new technology used to implement the USO in a more cost-efficient manner.
For Portugal the question is about the speed of rebalancing.
