  • 1. Sama moodi ja läbivalt kasutatud Alkoholi käitlemise seaduse eelnõule lisatud seletuskirjas, kus loetletakse harmoniseeritavad Euroopa Liidu õigusaktid. Eksperdi (Kristjan Kaleviste) meelest arusaadav. Ka teine ekspert (Tiiu Kosina) nõus. 2. Mõnikord sünonüüm 'nimetus', 'tähistus'. Inglise 'description' on kasutusel nii veinide nimetamisel (nt viinamarjasordi järgi), kui ka kogu kirjeldava teksti kohta (tagumisel sildil). 3. Parem vältida 'describe', 'description' tõlkimist "märgistamiseks" -- selle reserveeriks 'labelling' vasteks. Kui kuidagi ei sobi "kirjeldamine", siis kasutada "nimetamine". {04.05.1999}
