isiku igasugune tegevus mootorsõiduki juhi kohal, kui mootorsõiduk liigub. Mootorsõiduki juhtimiseks loetakse ka isiku tegevust, kui ta ei viibi juhi kohal, kuid mõjutab juhtimisseadiste (juhtrauad, rooliratas või muu selline) abil mootorsõiduki liikumissuunda või kiirust.
