The Commission shall draw up, not later than 1 June of the following year, a revenue and expenditure account for the Communities, which shall include the following documents classified in accordance with the budget nomenclature ... tables showing the use of the appropriations allocated for the financial year and, by distinguishing between appropriation commitments, payment commitments and non-differentiated appropriations, indicating: ... the settlement of the commitments of the financial year and the calculation of the sums still to be paid at the close of that financial year.
