Pankroti väljakuulutamisega loetakse võlgniku kõigi võlgade maksetähtpäev saabunuks, kui seadusest ei tulene teisiti. Intresside ja viiviste arvestamine lõpetatakse.
Fees for which no due date is specified in this Regulation of Regulation (EEC) No 2309/93 shall be due on the date of receipt of the relevant application. Where any fee payable under this Regulation remains unpaid at its due date the Executive Director may decide either not to provide or to suspend the services requested until the relevant fee has been paid.
