2014. aasta 1. jaanuaril deklaratsioonihoidja asukohas hoitavat majanduslike huvide deklaratsiooni hoitakse alates selle esitamise kuupäevast viis aastat, seejärel see hävitatakse. Enne käesoleva seaduse jõustumist arhiivile üle antud majanduslike huvide deklaratsiooni hinnatakse arhiiviseaduses sätestatud korras ning seejärel see hävitatakse või sellele antakse arhiiviväärtus.

Any filing of an Internet-based statement of economic interests shall be the equivalent of the filing of a verified, written statement of economic interests as required by Section 4A-101 and the equivalent of the filing of a verified, dated, and signed statement of economic interests as required by Section 4A-104.
