A minimum selling price shall be fixed for intervention butter and maximum aid shall be fixed for cream, butter or concentrated butter in the light of the tenders received in response to each individual invitation to tender and in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 30 of Regulation (EEC) No 804/68.
