Lepingu sisuline kehtivus
(1) Lepingu või selle sätte kehtivus määratakse riigi õiguse alusel, mis kuuluks kohaldamisele, kui leping või selle säte oleks kehtiv.
Material validity The existence and validity of a contract, or of any term of a contract, shall be determined by the law which would govern it under this Convention if the contract or term were valid.
