For the subsidies referred to in the second indent of point (b) of Article 66, the following shall constitute supporting documents: ... confirmation by the recipient that he accepts the Community checks referred to in Article 87 of the Financial Regulation and, if the volume of the subsidy warrants, a report on the implementation of the project and use of the funds received.
