Saatja peab õigeaegselt nimetama sobiva lastimiskoha. Kui ta seda ei tee, siis on vedajal pärast seisuaja (§ 54 lõige 1) möödumist käesoleva seaduse § 52 lõikes 3 nimetatud õigused.
The lowest transport costs between the place of storage and the place of loading at the port or point of exit referred to above shall be reimbursed to the successful tendered by the intervention agency for the quantities exported.
