2. The special chapter provided for in Article 87 shall include a provisional timetable of commitments and payments, drawn up for each Article and item showing for each tranche the chronological breakdown for the utilization of the corresponding commitment and payment appropriations. The timetable shall be reviewed annually.

For management purposes, the Commission may create appropriation accounts corresponding to the instruments of implementation, - a provisional schedule of commitments and payments showing the planned utilization of the commitment appropriations and the corresponding payment appropriations. The schedule shall be reviewed annually.
