Validation of expenditure is the act whereby the authorizing officer shall: - verify the existence of the creditor's claim, - determine or verify the existence and the amount of the sum due, - verify the conditions under which payment falls due.
Validation of any expenditure shall be subject to the submission of supporting documents showing the creditor's claim and the service rendered or the existence of a document justifying payment.
