Foodstuffs for inclusion in the list of minor foodstuffs must be identified by means of their combined nomenclature code number and description set out in Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3174/88 of 21 September 1988 amending Annex 1 to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff (2).
