The Court of Auditors shall transmit to the Commission and the Institutions concerned, by 15 July at the latest, any comments which are, in its opinion, of such a nature that they should appear in the report provided for in Article 78f of the ECSC Treaty, Article 206a of the EEC Treaty and Article 180a of the Euratom Treaty.
