If, before the Court has given its decision, the parties reach a settlement of their dispute and intimate to the Court the abandonment of their claims, the President shall order the case to be removed from the register and shall give a decision as to costs in accordance with
Article 69(5), having regard to any proposals made by the parties on the matter.
Si, avant que la Cour ait statué, les parties s'accordent sur la solution ? donner au litige et si elles informent la Cour qu'elles renoncent ? toute prétention, le président ordonne la radiation de l'affaire du registre et statue sur les dépens conformément aux dispositions de l'article 69, paragraphe 5, le cas échéant au vu des propositions faites en ce sens par les parties.
