Chapter 2 PRESIDENCY OF THE COURT AND CONSTITUTION OF THE CHAMBERS
The Judges shall, immediately after the partial replacement provided for in Article 223 of the EC Treaty, Article 32b of the ECSC Treaty and Article 139 of the EAEC Treaty, elect one of their number as President of the Court for a term of three years.
