2. Still, written telecommunication is increasing. Telefax has had an explosive growth over the last few years, but also electronic mail (cf. chapter 32) and other forms of text communication between personal computers and work station terminals are growing, including text communication devices for speech impaired and deaf people.
1. The Commission shall inform the tenderers of the action taken as regards their bids without delay by written telecommunication and shall notify the Member States holding the alcohol and the successful tenderer of its decision.
