In the case of flat rate purchases, where the carcases in a consignment relate to not more than three consecutive conformation classes and three consecutive fatness classes in the same category, the price shall be taken into account in the determination of prices under points (a) and (b) for the conformation class in which the largest number of carcases is classified or, if they are equally divided amongst the classes, for the middle of those classes, where such class exists.
