This Directive shall apply to any vehicle, whether complete (e.g. one stage built vans, lorries, tractors, trailers), incomplete (e.g. chassis cab, trailer chassis), or completed (e.g. chassis, chassis cab fitted with a body work), intended for the transport of dangerous goods by road.
