1. Kuni 150 munast koosneva partii võib müügile esitada märgistamata vastavalt kvaliteediklassi või massikategooriale, kuid need toidumunad peavad olema veterinaararsti märgistatud.
2. Lisaks klassitähistusele kantakse A-klassi munadele massikategooriad: XL (vähemalt 73 g), L (63...73 g), M (53...63 g), S (alla 53 g).
Those problems are in particular related to the fact that due to the maximum weights fixed in Annex IV of Regulation (EEC) No 3886/92 a substantial part of the Community production of veal will fall in weight groups outside those which traditionally are in demand on the veal market.
The choice of weight categories and any weighting thereof shall be left to the Member State concerned; the latter shall inform the Commission thereof.
By way of derogation from paragraphs 1 and 2, the weight of the cold carcase may be calculated by reference to predetermined scales of absolute weight reductions established by Member States in accordance with the characteristics of their pig herds and notified to the Commission. The use of such scales shall be authorized in accordance with the procedure provided for in Article 24 of Regulation (EEC) No 2759/75, if the reductions for individual weight classes correspond, as far as possible, to the reductions resulting from paragraphs 1 and 2.
