Domain radio communications
  • charges made by owners/operators of telecommunications networks and services to operators and/or service providers interconnecting with them, the purpose of which is to compensate the network operator for any loss-making obligations imposed upon it through regulatory means, such as universal service obligations or political constraints to tariff adjustments for local service. Where access charges are used, they are often added to, and integrated with, interconnection charges.
