The owner shall ensure, when he contracts the continuing airworthiness management tasks to a continuing airworthiness management organisation that the M.A.305 continuing airworthiness records are transferred to the organisation.
‘Principal place of business’ means the head office or registered office of a Community operator in the Member State within which the principal financial functions and operational control, including continued airworthiness management, of the Community operator are exercised.
