The Director shall be responsible for: preparing and implementing the decisions and programmes adopted by the Centre's management board, day-to-day administration, preparing the Centre's work programmes, the preparation of a statement of
revenue and expenditure and on the implementation of the budget, the preparation and publication of the reports provided for in this Regulation, all staff matters, performance of the tasks referred to in Article 1 and 2.
