Hooldustõend väljastatakse pärast mitte-EASA õhusõiduki või selle komponendi hooldustööde nõuetekohast lõpetamist, kui hooldustõendi väljastaja on veendunud, et kõik ettenähtud tööd on tehtud nõuetekohaselt ja hoolduskirjed on vormistatud.
Pursuant to the terms of approval issued under 21A.135, the holder of a production organisation approval may: ... (d) Maintain a new aircraft that it has produced and issue a certificate of release to service (EASA Form 53) in respect of that maintenance.
A certificate of release to service shall be issued before flight at the completion of any maintenance.
