... the Kingdom of Sweden may ... apply exemptions with the refund of tax paid at the preceding stage, which are in accordance with Community law, and satisfy the conditions set out in the last indent of Article 17 of the second Council Directive of 11 April 1967, to supplies of newspapers, including radio and cassette newspapers for visually-impaired people, pharmaceuticals supplied to hospitals or on prescription, and production or other related services concerning periodicals of non-profit-making organizations.
