The authority or body responsible for the measure is to submit a final report to the Commission within six months of completion of the measure or stage of project. The final report will contain the following: ... a first assessment of the extent to which the expected results have been achieved, including notably: ... confirmation, if appropriate, of financial forecasts, especially as regards operating costs and expected revenues.
