Kodakondsus- ja Migratsiooniamet töötleb ettekirjutuse täitmise tagamiseks välismaalase kohta, kellele on tehtud ettekirjutus, järgmisi andmeid: 1) isikuandmed; 2) Eestisse saabumise asjaolud; 3) sotsiaalsed sidemed Eestis ja välisriigis; 4) ettekirjutuse tegemise aluseks olevad asjaolud; 5) elatusvahendite olemasolu.
1. Persons who have been unable either to enter or to re-enter the labour market and have no means of subsistence must be able to receive sufficient resources and social assistance in keeping with their particular situation.
