On the day on which quotas are suspended exporting members shall cease to validate Certificates of Origin in Form O with coffee export stamps. Within 30 days of the date of the suspension of quotas certifying agencies shall return unused coffee export stamps to the agent appointed by the Executive Director to hold such stamps and shall advise the Executive Director of the value and denominations of the stamps return- ed to the agent.
