The statement referred to in Article 2 of Regulation (EEC) No 2751/78 shall include: ... (c) the rate of the gross levy per 100 kilograms of product which the applicant undertakes to pay at the time of importation. This rate shall be expressed in the national currency of the Member State in which the application is lodged.
