Autoriõiguse seadus sätestab:
1) kirjandus-, kunsti- ja teadusteoste autoritele spetsiifilise õiguse (autoriõiguse) kaitse oma loometöö tulemustele;
2) isikute ringi, kes võivad omandada õigusi autori poolt loodud kirjandus-, kunsti- ja teadusteostele ning nende õigused;
3) õigused teoste esitajatele, fonogrammide tootjatele ning raadio- ja televisiooniorganisatsioonidele (autoriõigusega kaasnevad õigused);
31) andmebaasi tegija õigused, nende teostamise tingimused ja kaitse; ...
32) filmi esmasalvestuse tootja ning teiste käesolevas seaduses nimetatud isikute autoriõigusega kaasnevad õigused; ...
4) autoriõiguse ja autoriõigusega kaasnevate õiguste teostamise piirangud teoste kasutamisel ühiskonna huvides;
5) autoriõiguse ja autoriõigusega kaasnevate õiguste teostamise garantiid ja kaitse.
The provisions of Articles VII through XIV governing open and selective tendering procedures need not apply in the following conditions, provided that limited tendering is not used with a view to avoiding maximum possible competition or in a manner which would constitute a means of discrimination among suppliers of other Parties or protection to domestic producers or suppliers: ... when, for works of art or for reasons connected with protection of exclusive rights, such as patents or copyrights, or in the absence of competition for technical reasons, the products or services can be supplied only by a particular supplier and no reasonable alternative or substitute exists.
