Without prejudice to the arrangements laid down in Article 29(2)(b) and (c) and the fourth subparagraph of Article 29(3) of these Rules, in appeals against decisions of the Court of First Instance as referred to in Articles 49 and 50 of the EC Statute, Articles 49 and 50 of the ECSC Statute and Articles 50 and 51 of the EAEC Statute, the language of the case shall be the language of the decision of the Court of First Instance against which the appeal is brought.
Dans le cas du pourvoi contre les décisions du tribunal visé aux articles 56 et 57 du statut, la langue de procédure est celle de la décision du tribunal de premi?re instance qui fait l'objet du pourvoi, sans préjudice de l'article 29, paragraphe 2, points b) et c), et paragraphe 3, quatri?me alinéa, du présent règlement.
