Aeroplanes. The privileges of the holder of a Basic LPL for aeroplanes are to fly single-engine piston aeroplanes or touring motor gliders (TMG) with a maximum certificated take-off mass of 2000 kg or less, carrying a maximum of 1 passenger, in local flights within no more than 50 km from the aerodrome of departure, with no intermediate landings, and when, taking into account the conditions of flight, the pilot is always able to return to the aerodrome of departure.
