Taimekaitsevahendite võimalike jääkide määramiseks ja ooteaegadest kinnipidamise kontrollimiseks on taimekaitsevahendeid kasutanud põllu- ja aiasaaduste tootja või nende müüja kohustatud saaduste turustamisel esitama vastavate ametkondade nõudel andmed käesoleva paragrahvi 1. ja 2. lõike nõuete täitmise kohta.
... agricultural, stock-farming, bee-keeping, horticultural and forestry products from properties located in a third country adjoining the customs territory of the Community, which are operated by agricultural producers having their principal undertaking within the said customs territory and adjacent to the third country concerned shall be admitted free of import duties.
