In order to achieve the objective set out in Article 1, the Centre shall perform the following tasks within its areas of activity: ... organize meetings of experts and whenever necesssary set up ad hoc working parties for the purpose ... The Centre may ... enter into contracts, on an ad hoc basis and for specific tasks, with bodies which are not part of Reitox.
