Payments made and revenue received in the currency of the recipient State shall be subject to a clearance procedure before they are finally booked to the budget appropriations. Clearance shall consist of an examination by the Commission to establish that validation, authorization and payment and the collection of revenue have been properly effected, in accordance with this
Financial Regulation.
