The competent authority must ensure that procedures used in the cutting plants ensure that the following lymph nodes have been removed: popliteal, ischiatic, superficial inguinal, deep inguinal, medial and lateral iliac, renal, prefemoral, lumbar, costocervical, sternal, prescapular, axilliary and caudal deep cervical.
