The Black Sea Synergy is part of the European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP) of the EU and is intended as a flexible framework complementing existing EU policy, seeking to tackle the significant opportunities and challenges in the Black Sea area that require coordinated action at the regional level in the sectors such as energy, transport, environment, movement and security.
