The Intercultural Leadership School (ICLS) is contributing to the prevention or resolution of local and international conflicts and tension. The aim of the School is to enhance the skills of a new generation of leaders whose influence as multipliers will generate mutual respect, peaceful contacts and long-term co-operation among people who belong to different cultures, religions or ethnicity, in particular, in zones of conflict or tension.
