An Independent Research, Training and Debates Center on key topics of International Relations, located in Brussels at the heart of the EU Institutions. IERI is the initiator and concept creator of conferences and seminars in active collaboration with the European Commission and Parliament, as well as NATO and numerous high profile Academic Institutions and Centers in major European countries. IERI is also the creator of 'Les Cahiers de la PESC', the first European Academic Review on EU Foreign and Security Policies.
