Protocol 7 on ACP sugar containing the text of Protocol 3 on sugar, which appears in the ACP-EEC Convention of Lomé signed on 28 February 1975 and the corresponding declarations annexed to the said Convention, provides for a system of preferential imports of cane sugar into the Community.
